CollabOasis Clinical Consultation Groups
CollabOasis is small group clinical consultation for licensed therapists in solo and online practice. The same 6 to 8 trusted colleagues, twice a month, facilitated every session. It’s how grounded clinicians stay grounded.
A no-pressure conversation with Jeanene to see if a group is the right fit. You are warmly invited.
You’ve worked for years to become the best therapist you can be. You’ve worked at some agency jobs, had hours and hours of clinical supervision, passed a licensure exam and have taken the bold step to build a private practice.
Learning how to run a small business was just one more thing for you to tackle in pursuit of your dream to be your own boss, and all of the pieces of your dream have fallen into place.
Now, as you continue to hone your skills and grow your practice, the isolation and lack of a community of colleagues is beginning to take its toll.
You’ve looked for ways to find colleagues to connect with. You’ve observed, or even personally had, some bad experiences in FB groups for therapists, and have been taken aback by the way clinicians sometimes treat each other there.
Along with so many other therapists, you transitioned online. Now you are finding that you are feeling even more isolated but don’t want to open yourself up to colleagues whose values and goals do not align with yours. You’re hopeful there’s a community out there to join with you on your journey as a clinician, and a human being, so you can get the safe, intimate connection you crave.
You know you need to find a way to get trustworthy, helpful peer consultation with other clinicians with the focus being on supporting each other and creating a place of benevolence to establish trust and to build each other up.
That’s precisely why I created the CollabOasis Consultation Groups.
Members participate in closed, facilitated groups of 6-8 fully licensed clinicians who meet virtually twice a month to get consultation on cases, discuss ethics, get business tips and resources, and find supportive colleagues you will get to know and trust. The focus of these groups is on supporting each other and creating a place of benevolence to establish trust and get the clinical support that is so vital in our work.
CollabOasis is the way for you to go from isolated, distrusting and alone to becoming the confident clinician, business owner and human being you strive to be!
Before I close, I want you to know, dear therapist, that I see you. You’re working hard taking care of everyone else while you are also exhausted, overwhelmed and struggling. The work we do is hard. Really, really hard sometimes. And we can’t always see results right away to know we are making a difference.
When you have one of those really rough days that therapists sometimes have, please reach out to colleagues. They are the ones who see you, know you and can guide and/or affirm you. Therapists NEED community! And if you are looking for community, I invite you to schedule a chat so we can discuss how you are doing and how peer groups can help.
Wishing you the best,
Here’s what that means in practice.
Six to eight licensed clinicians. Not sixty. Not a feed of strangers. Each of them is vetted and value-aligned. Small enough that everyone is known.
The same colleagues, every session. Trust doesn’t happen in one meeting, and it can’t happen at all when the faces keep changing. You’ll grow to know these people, and they’ll grow to know you and your work.
I’m in every session. That means no one dominates, no one disappears into the background, and the conversation stays clinical, respectful, and useful.
You don’t get dropped into a random room. We start with a conversation about your practice, the populations you serve, your clinical background, and what you’re looking for in consultation. Then I place you in a group. Every member is licensed, vetted, and values-aligned before anyone shares a thing. There is a deliberate mix of experience levels, modalities, and clinical perspectives.
That mix is the point. Newer clinicians bring fresh energy and current training. Seasoned clinicians bring depth and pattern recognition. And here’s what surprises the veterans most: the newer members’ questions bring them back to the fundamentals, the important basics that twenty years of practice can quietly drift away from. Everyone gives. Everyone receives. Everyone stays grounded.
Your group meets six times over three months — the rhythm shifts as trust builds.

Your group meets six times over three months. Weekly for the first month, while trust is doing its early work. Then twice monthly in the second month, the same rhythm as the other CollabOasis groups. Your first session runs 90 minutes, because beginnings deserve room. Every session after is a focused 55 minutes.
Members stop bringing the polished version of their questions and start bringing the real ones. That shift is the whole point, and the structure exists to protect it.
Here’s exactly what you’re saying yes to, from your first session to ongoing membership.
per session
A CollabOasis session is $100. That’s the whole pricing structure.
Your group decides together at session 6. Nothing auto-renews.
The next Intensive begins Oct 20th at 11 am ET. Groups are capped at 8.
Every therapist below came in carrying some version of the same question.
Here’s what they found.
I can trust that they’re not going to fear monger me and they’re not going to placate me. They are going to help me.

More than anything it is a safe space to show up authentically and know that others will treat you with care and support.

This has been unlike any other consultation group I have been a part of before in the community. It feels safe and solid.

I love having a group of therapists that I know won’t judge me when I ask questions about difficult cases.

I’m in a lot of FB groups, but I’m someone who doesn’t feel comfortable posting to the masses, so the small consultation group is a great fit for me.

I immediately felt connected to everyone… talented, insightful, and super welcoming.

“Knowing they are there and they care. Every time I see them, and even when I don’t, I know they are there, ready to listen and support.”

For something that’s sometimes free
Whatever you decide, I want you to decide it as an investment question, not a worthiness question. You’re allowed to have professional support. You always were.
